Ayọ̀wándé Adálémọ – Founder & CEO
Ayọ̀wándé Adálémọ (FIDPM) is a Nigerian entrepreneur and telecom innovator. A proud university dropout, he co-founded Oxygen Broadband, Nigeria’s first metro Wi-Fi provider, and now leads Wave5Wireless, building Africa’s first large-scale Wi-Fi-based service delivery platform. In 2025, he was named one of Nigeria’s 50 Most Valuable Personalities in the Digital Economy—an honor that highlights a two-decade journey of building critical telecom infrastructure, pioneering public Wi-Fi access, and enabling digital inclusion at scale. This recognition is a testament to his thought leadership, policy advocacy, and operational execution in delivering last-mile connectivity, and validates the national relevance of Wave5Wireless’ mission: rewiring Nigeria’s digital economy through affordable, accessible broadband powered by offload infrastructure, local content delivery, and fintech convergence. Biola Akinyemi – Cofounder
A founder, operations leader, and strategic consultant with 15+ years experience spanning cloud, DevOps, FinOps, and business growth. Biola has led large-scale initiatives in banking, telecom, and tech, and co-founded ventures like Wave5Wireless Ltd, where he helped raise $3M in funding. His strength lies in blending technical insight with business acumen to drive innovation, cost efficiency, and execution at scale.

Temitope Taiwo leads Content and Partnerships at Wave5Wireless. He manages the brand’s voice, content strategy, and partnership initiatives, ensuring the company’s mission and offerings resonate across audiences and platforms. With over four years of marketing expertise, Temitope specializes in brand storytelling, strategic partnerships, and market positioning. He is an active member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (ACIM) and the Association of Digital Marketing Professionals Nigeria (ADMARP).
Babatunde Hassan – Utilities and Structured Cable Engineer
Tunde Hassan is a trained structured cable engineer with hands-on expertise in deploying, maintaining, and troubleshooting structured cabling infrastructure. He is committed to providing exceptional on-site support and ensuring reliable connectivity in every deployment.
Oyindamola Adewole – Implementation Lead
Oyindamola leads the Implementation and Rollout Team at Wave5Wireless, expertly guiding projects from planning to successful delivery. Known for her calm and focused approach, she leverages a strong background in project coordination and client support to keep fast-paced operations on track. Ibukun Adeyemi – Quality Assurance Engineer
Ibukun Adeyemi is a Quality Assurance Test Engineer at Wave5Wireless. She ensures the quality and performance of web and mobile applications through manual and automated testing. Skilled in API testing with Postman and automation with Cypress, she collaborates closely with cross-functional teams. Ibukun is detail-driven, user-focused, and committed to delivering stable, reliable digital products.
Temi Olamide – Software Engineer
Temi Olamide is a Software Engineer at Wave5Wireless, specializing in building scalable APIs and cloud-native applications. With over three years of experience, he is proficient in NestJS (TypeScript) and AWS Lambda.
